Marsa does not work alone. From Amsterdam, we back a network of organizations already rooted in their own cities and communities, artist-run spaces, film houses, and academies who understand the local conditions, audiences, and risks better than any outside foundation could.

Each partnership is long-term and mutual: Marsa provides financial, administrative, and organizational support, and our partners provide the on-the-ground practice, relationships, and knowledge that make a program meaningful where it happens.
